If you have opted-in to receive New Match Alerts, you can expect to receive an SMS and/or email with a link to new matches when Petco Love Lost has identified potential matches to the pet that you have reported lost. We prioritize quality matches over quantity, so alerts may vary in frequency. We still encourage you to run manual searches by photo, distance, as well as microchip ID.

Petco Love Lost will not send SMS messages between 8pm – 8am but will continue to send email alerts during this time.
