Our photo matching currently supports dogs, cats, rabbits, and birds. If you're receiving an error when uploading a photo or want to improve your results:
- Make sure your pet is facing the camera in the photo
- Upload images with good lighting
- Avoid blurry photos or images with multiple animals
If your pet is one of the supported species and you’re still unable to upload photos successfully, please contact support at lostandfound@petcolove.org.
