How do I create an account?

You can click here to sign up, or follow either of these paths from our homepage:

Option 1:

1. Navigate to the Petco Love Lost homepage. 

2. Click Sign in on the top right corner

3. You will automatically be routed to the Log in tab. Click the Sign up tab instead. 

4. Follow the prompts to create and register your pet. 

Option 2:

1. Navigate to the Petco Love Lost homepage. 

2. Conduct a search by selection the I lost a pet or I found a pet button.

3. Follow the prompts with the relevant pet information

4. Within the search results page, you will have an option to click to complete your account and report your pet for free.

5. Follow the remaining prompts to complete your account
