How do I reactive my pet listing?

If your pet listing has become inactive and you’d like it to continue displaying on the Petco Love Lost site, just follow these quick steps to reactivate it:

• Log in to your account
• Look for the greyed-out pet listing (this indicates it's inactive) and click on it 
• Beneath the inactive status message, click the purple Reactivate button 

Once reactivated, your pet’s listing will be visible again in the database and can continue matching with found or lost pet reports.
