If logged into your account, but not currently viewing your dashboard, you can navigate back to your pets by selecting the Person Icon in the top right corner and then selecting Pet Dashboard.
Otherwise, when you log into your account, you will be taken directly into your dashboard to view the pet(s). You will see that each pet has a label like Lost Pet or Safe at Home. Please select the pet you are trying to update. From there you will see the option to view photo matches or end my search. If they are safe at home with you, please select End My Search.
You will then be asked to select if the pet is either safe at home with you, or you if you are no longer searching for the pet for another reason. Select the My Pet is Safe at home option and then click the purple submit button.
