How do I mark my pet as lost?

If logged into your account, but not currently viewing your dashboard, you can navigate back to your pets by selecting the Person Icon in the top right corner and then selecting Pet Dashboard. 

Otherwise, when you log into your account, you will be taken straight to your dashboard, where the pet(s) you have registered on Petco Love Lost will be listed. Select the pet that is currently lost the hit the purple Report as Lost button.

Doing this will prompt you to confirm both the location your pet was last seen and the date your pet went missing, so we can create a lost report within Petco Love Lost. Be sure to click submit to save these details.  You will then see your pet marked as Lost in your dashboard.
