How do I contact other users about a potential match?

If you feel like you found match for a lost or found pet within the Petco Love Lost database and want to connect with that user who listed the pet, you will need to make sure you have created a Petco Love Lost account of your own. 

By clicking the purple "contact pet parent" or "contact pet finder" button, you will be prompted to create an account automatically. If you already have an account, simply click on the "sign in" icon at the top right hand side of screen where you will be prompted to enter your account login credentials.  

If the listing has a green Nexdoor label on it, clicking the listing will automatically reroute you to the Nextdoor platform where you will need to either login or create a login on that app to view the post and message that user directly.
