If you would like remove the lost pet from your account, you can do so by following these steps:

Log in to your account.

Select the pet you'd like to remove.

Click the Update Pet Status button.
You'll be prompted to choose whether the pet is safe at home or if you're no longer searching for another reason. Please make your selection and click Submit.
