What can I do if my photo won't upload or save?

If you’re having issues uploading a photo of your pet, please review the following:

• the photo should be at least 300 x 300
• there should be just a single pet in the photo
• check if the photo is listed as either a JPEG or PNG
• the less busy the background, the better

If the photo is blurry, or not in focus our system may have trouble locating a dog or cat in the image. If you get this error, we recommend trying a different photo.
