Desktop:
If you have identified a lost pet within the Petco Love Lost network, you may contact the pet owner directly through the Petco Love Lost website. You will need to be logged into your account (or create an account) on Petco Love Lost to do so.
Click on the picture of the listing showing the lost pet you may have found. A pop-up window will appear. Click on the purple Message Pet Parent button to connect with the owner through Petco Love Lost.
This link will take you to your messages and will allow you to message the pet parent directly. Type in your message in the dialog box along the bottom of the screen, and when you are ready, click on the purple Send button.
Now you are waiting for a response. You can check to confirm your Contact Information and Notification methods are accurate by clicking on My Dashboard, and then click on Settings on the left had side of your screen. A pop up will appear for you to adjust or make any necessary changes.
Make sure to scroll down to the bottom and click the purple Save Settings button to save all changes.
To be able to check for a response from the pet parent, check your messages by clicking on Messages option on the My Dashboard page on the left hand side of your screen. If you have a pending message, there should be a number next to the Messages option, indicating you have a new message to view. You also should have received an email alerting you of the new message.

Make sure your contact information is correct and updated. Save any changes by scrolling to the bottom and clicking the purple Save Settings button.

Click on the Messages option. If you have a pending message, there should be a number next to the Messages option, indicating you have a new message to view.

I found a pet dog named Wicket and the owner is name Cynthia, I have messaged her 4 times and I have No responds. I already have 3 rescues in my small apartment and need help to reunite Wicket with his owner. Please advise?
