Even if you no longer have pets, you can still utilize Petco Love Lost to help pets you find make their way back home.
Instructions on how to delete your account:
Desktop: Log in to your account. Navigate to the left hand side of your screen and select the Settings option from the menu.
Scroll down to the Notification Settings heading. Below the options listed under this heading, the very last option will be a button that says Delete Account. Select this option to delete your account.
A pop up will appear confirming your decision to delete your account. Select Yes. This will prompt another pop asking if you would like to continue receiving emails from Petco Love Lost. Select Yes or No and then click on the purple Delete My Account button.
Mobile: Log in to your account. Next to the My Dashboard heading, click on the three dots. A menu will appear. Navigate to the Settings option and click it.
Scroll down to the Notification Settings heading. The very last option in the list under this heading, below the purple Save Settings button will be Delete Account. Click to delete account.
A pop up will appear asking you to confirm if you would like to move forward with deleting your account. Selecting Yes will prompt another pop asking to confirm if you would like to continue receiving emails from Petco Love Lost. Select Yes or No and then click on the purple Delete button.
