How do I search for a pet without a photo?

Desktop:

At Petco Love Lost home screen, click on orange I Lost a Pet Link. 

A pop up will appear asking you to enter the zip code of the area where your pet was lost. Be sure to select one of the options/suggestions generated by Google to receive the most accurate search results. Then click the purple Continue button. 

Another pop up will appear. Click the purple Search All Pets button to conduct a general search without a photo. 

You will then be navigated to the results page. If you scroll all the way down, you will also have the option to search by microchip by selecting the Search by Microchip ID link. 

Mobile:
